    Based on the Norwegian Planning and Building Act, Kristiansand municipality, c/o the Planning and Building department has made requirements for Kilden TKS IKS (new theatre and concert hall for South Norway) regarding primary control of fire safety, enterprise classification 3. The primary control shall be carried out by an independent company and shall, based on the Norwegian Planning and Building Act, assign to the following area of responsibility: “Primary interdisciplinary control of fire safety with control responsibility for the execution in accordance with the Norwegian Planning and Building Act”. Further descriptions of the assignments are given in chapter 6.1.1 in the tender documents.
