    Aufgabe
    The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Germany and the Netherlands have decided to build a joint chancery building for both countries’ embassies in Rabat, the capital of Morocco. A site of an area of 10 800 m² has been bought for this in Rue Sanhaja in a neighbourhood on the outskirts of the city. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Overseas Real Estate Department, is also acting on behalf of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs as developer and principal for the execution of the consultancy work being tendered.

    The office building will have approximately 3 600 m² floor space spread over two floors. The embassies will share a common entrance, but there will be a separate common consular section for both embassies. There will be a few small annexes on the premises for support services and embassy employees will be able to park on the premises. The embassy premises will be fenced and there will be controlled access to the building.

      III.2.3) Technical capacity: Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: The minimum requirements relating to technical ability ( Annex 1, 3.1) Lot 1: the candidate/ (members of the consortium) should have carried out one similar reference project in which they successfully realised a building including at least specialisations 1, 2, 5, 7 and 8 as listed in paragraph 4, in the same combination during the past five years, which building was destined to be used as headquarters for a government service or as a corporate office for a large company, municipal office, museum, luxury hotel, court or hospital. The minimum requirements relating to technical ability ( Annex 2, 3.1) lot 2: the candidate/ (members of the consortium) should have carried out one similar reference project in which they successfully realised a building involving at least specialisations 1, 2, 5, 7, 8 and 10 as listed in paragraph 4, in the same combination during the past five years, which was destined to be used as headquarters for a government service or as a corporate office for a large company, municipal office, museum, luxury hotel, court or hospital.
