    Aufgabe
    Trondheim and Melhus municipalities shall carry out measures to increase security in the municipal water supply in both municipalities. One of the measures is to establish a new connection between the water supply installations in Melhus and Trondheim municipalities so that a shortage at one water source can be compensated by supply from another water source. The project shall also comprise of transferring sewage from Melhus municipality to Trondheim municipality. This engineering design assignment comprises of working out a preliminary project for the water and sewage pipeline from Holem in Melhus to Kattem in Trondheim.

    A preliminary project shall be worked out for the establishment of 11 km water and sewage pipelines, including 2 pump stations for sewage. The estimated contract cost is approx. 80 000 000 NOK. The present consultancy assignment comprises of activities connected to the preliminary engineering design services for all site works and other services and deliveries.
