    Le présent concours de maîtrise d'œuvre pour l'opération d'aménagement urbain et paysager de la Promenade des Anglais et du Quai des Etats-Unis concerne:
    -d'une part la conception complète (hors infrastructures et équipements tramway) de l'aménagement,
    -d'autre part :
    -Pour la tranche ferme dans le cadre des travaux de réalisation pilotés par un maître d'œuvre tramway, les prestations de suivi architectural pour le tronçon Masséna-Ferber.
    -Pour les tranches conditionnelles, les missions complètes de pilotage des travaux et de maitrise d'œuvre d'exécution pour l'aménagement du quai des Etats-Unis et de la partie Ouest de la Promenade des Anglais et du Boulevard Corniglion Molinier.
