Scope
Open end contract for architectural designer services that are to be provided on a routine or as needed basis for small, miscellaneous projects under $300,000. Annual fees may not exceed $150,000 in total value and no single project shall exceed a $36,000 fee. The contract may be extended one additional year.

SELECTING CRITERIA
The pre-selection committee will take into consideration qualification information including:
1. Appropriate NC license.
2. Specialized or appropriate expertise in the type of project.
3. Proposed design approach.
4. Experience with 3-D and Revit.
5. Past performance on similar projects.
6. Adequate staff and proposed consultant team for the project.
7. Current workload and State projects awarded.
8. Proximity to and familiarity with the area where the project is located.
9. Record of successfully completed projects without major legal or technical problems.
10. Other factors which may be appropriate for the project, i.e. HUB Program.
11. LEED certification and experience.
SUBMITTAL CRITERIA
Submit two (2) copies of no longer than 10 pages front and back, stapled. SF-254 would be additional pages.
