ג. המציע או אחד מעובדיו , הינו בעל השכלה מקצועית של אגרונום או הנדסאי/טכנאי
גנים ונוף או בעל תעודה של משרד העבודה באחד מהסיווגים המקצועיים בתחום
הגינון כמפורט להלן:
ג.1 תעודה שהונפקה עד לשנת 1996 בסיווג מקצועי: גנן סוג 3 .
ג.2 תעודה שהונפקה לאחר שנת 1996 בסיווג מקצועי : גנן סוג 1 חדש לפחות .
על המציע להמציא את התעודה המתאימה עם הצעתו, ובמקרה שהתעודה הינה של אחד מעובדיו, עליו להמציא יחד עימה אישור חתום ע"י רואה חשבון כי בעל התעודה הינו עובד שלו.
