משרד החוץ (להלן המשרד) מבקש לבחור יועץ מומחה שישמש ממונה בטיחות ויגיש למשרד שירותי ייעוץ במכלול היבטי הבטיחות. שירותי הייעוץ יתמקדו במבנה המשמש את משרד החוץ בקריית הממשלה בירושלים (על כל הפעילויות המתקיימות בו) וכן בפעילויות נוספות שהמשרד מקיים ברחבי הארץ. המכרז מופנה ליועצים מקצועיים שעוסקים מטעם ארגונים גדולים במגוון תחומי בטיחות כולל מניעת דליקות וכיבוי אש, רעידות אדמה, גהות בעבודה, טיפול בחומרים מסוכנים, כתיבת נהלי בטיחות, הכרת תקני בטיחות, הדרכת עובדים להתנהגות במצבי חירום, עזרה ראשונה וכן הלאה.
