تعلن محافظة واسط/قسم العقود عن اعادة اعلان المناقصة العامة (لأعداد دراسة وتصاميم وتنفيذ مشروع مركز أمراض الدم والأورام في محافظة واسط) والعائدة الى دائرة صحة واسط

فعلى من يجد لديه القدرة والكفاءة من ذوي الاختصاص والذين يحملون هوية تصنيف المقاولين (ممتازة/إنشائية وكهربائية ميكانيكية) نافذة و كذلك الشركات العربية و الاجنبية المختصة و المسجلة في وزارة التجارة / دائرة تسجيل الشركات و في حالة كونها غير مسجلة في العراق تقديم شهادة تأسيس الشركة مصدقة من وزارة الخارجية ليلد الشركة و السفارة العراقية في ذلك البلد مراجعة قسم العقود في ديوان محافظة واسط للحصول على جداول الكميات والشروط المطلوبة واستمارة تقديم العطاءات مقابل مبلغ قدره (350000) ثلاث مائة وخمسون الف دينار غير قابل للرد علماً بان مبلغ التأمينات الاولية بنسبة (1%) من مبلغ العطاء تقدم على شكل صك مصدق او خطاب ضمان معنون الى محافظة واسط / الادارة المحلية (نفقات المشاريع الاستثمارية) وان الشركات العامة للدولة والقطاع العام مشمولة بتقديم هذه التأمينات ويفضل ان يكون صادراً من احد مصارف محافظة واسط ويحمل عنوان البريد الالكتروني للمصرف الصادر منه نافذه لا تقل عن (180) مائة وثمانون يوماً اعتباراً من تاريخ غلق المناقصة على ان تكون التأمينات باسم المدير المفوض او احد المؤسسين فيها علماً ان مدة نفاذ العطاء (150) مائة و خمسون يوماً من تاريخ غلق المناقصة ويقدم العطاء داخل ظرف مغلق ومختوم ومكتوب عليه اسم ورقم المناقصة مع التوقيع على جميع صفحات مستندات المناقصة الى سكرتير لجنة فتح العطاءات في ديوان محافظة واسط/ قسم العقود وتعد الشروط و المتطلبات المنصوص عليها وكتاب الاحالة جزءا لا يتجزأ من العقد الذي يتم ابرامه مع المقاول او الشركة الذي تحال بعهدته المناقصة ويتحمل من ترسو عليه المناقصة اجور النشر والاعلان وان موعد غلق المناقصة الساعة الثانية عشر ظهراً من يوم (الاربعاء ) المصادف (30/5/2012) وبعدها لا يقبل اي عطاء بعد غلق المناقصة وستجري عملية فتح العطاءات بصورة علنية الساعة الثانية عشر والنصف ظهراً من نفس اليوم واذا صادف يوم الغلق عطلة رسمية يعتبر يوم الدوام الرسمي الذي يليه موعدا للغلق والفتح علماً بان موعد انعقاد المؤتمر الخاص بالإجابة على استفسارات المشاركين في المناقصة سيكون في دائرة صحة واسط الساعة العاشرة صباحاً من يوم الاربعاء المصادف 16/5/2012
