Opportunity Description:

The primary objective of the RFP is to enable CCCA to select and engage the services of a qualified structural engineering consulting firm to work with a project management team, (Project Management Team) established by CCCA, to undertake all or some of the following activities as directed by CCCA (Services):
*Participate in master planning & schematic design activities
* Provide value engineering analysis and research
* Support construction cost estimates
* Participate in the development of construction and contracting strategies
* Provide construction sequencing and scheduling advice.
