    The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to engage an consultant who can contribute the project management with professional advice, guidance and be an initiator in connection with transport analyses in the concept choice evaluation Crossing of the Oslo fjord. The Awarding Authority also wishes that the same company shall implement the transport analyses, from preparation of the transport model to finished report. The works will be initiated summer/autumn 2012 and are considered concluded in December 2013. The transport analyse shall be completed and reported within summer 2013.
