The City of Gresham will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document.

Scope of Work: provide consulting, planning, architectural and engineering design, permitting, project management, and construction services for a highly visible and innovative water contact fountain at the City’s Arts Plaza.

City of Gresham - Purchasing Office must receive sealed proposals/bids, in writing, at the City of Gresham, 1333 N.W. Eastman Parkway, Gresham, Oregon 97030, no later than said date and time. Facsimile proposals/bids will not be accepted. Late proposals/bids will be returned to the vendor unopened.
ORS 279.021 provides that the public contracting agency shall prefer goods or services that have been manufactured or produced in this state if price, fitness, availability, and quality are otherwise equal. ORS 279.025 provides that the public contracting agency may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency that it is in the public interest to do so.
