    Die Wettbewerbsaufgabe des diesjährigen Wettbewerbs führt uns an den Ostrand des Ruhrgebietes nach Hamm/Westfalen. In der Nähe des dortigen Hauptbahnhofes und der Fußgängerzone soll durch Rückbau einer mehrspurigen, bisher überdimensionierten Straße und unweit eines der durchaus stadtbildprägenden Bunker in Hamm, durch Überplanung einer Brachfläche ein attraktives innerstädtisches Wohnquartier entstehen – der Bunker soll dabei einer neuen Nutzung zugeführt und „bespielt“ werden.
