Assignment	Die Opernpark-Center GmbH plant auf dem Flurstück 382/1 Brühl/Ecke Goethestraße und Ritterstraße den Neubau eines Büro- und Wohngebäudes mit mindestens 25.000 m2 Bruttogeschossfläche zu realisieren. Zu diesem Zweck soll ein bestehendes Büro- und Mehrzweckgebäude aus dem Jahr 1964/65 abgerissen werden. In diesem stadtbildprägenden Bereich der Leipziger Innenstadt kommt einer qualitätvollen Gestaltung des neuen Baukörpers und der angemessenen Einfügung des Neubaus in das städtebauliche Umfeld eine besondere Bedeutung zu.
