    Gegenstand des Realisierungswettbewerb (im Folgenden kurz Wettbewerb genannt) ist die Erlangung von baukünstlerischen Vorentwurfskonzepten (reduzierte Vorentwurfsunterlagen) für die Erweiterung BG / BORG St. Johann. Es werden detaillierte Ausarbeitungen und Vorschläge zur gegenständlichen Bauaufgabe, sowohl in städtebaulicher/baukünstlerischer als auch in funktionaler/ökonomischer Hinsicht, erwartet. Die Funktionalität eines Vorschlages muss in den im Wettbewerb verlangten Ausarbeitungen gem. Pkt. B.3. so dargestellt werden, dass sie eindeutig ablesbar sind.
