Assignment	Request for Qualifications Terminal Area and Passenger Processing Design Options The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority (CMAA) is inviting experienced, proven Airport Planning Firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide architectural services for selected terminal and landside projects. The projects will involve terminal, landside, and intermodal development opportunities as described in the full project details. The project includes programming and concept designs for selected renovations to the existing Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport commercial terminal and related landside facilities. Firms should have a demonstrated track record of similar planning exercises and must have the ability to provide expertise in terminal planning & design including roadway & parking development, intermodal transportation facilities, land use & zoning, project financing, public outreach and coordination with the FAA and other airport stakeholders. The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Statements of Qualifications.
