    Das im Besitz der EWG Eigentums-Wohnbau GmbH & Co. befindliche Areal Gartenstraße / Ecke Lorenzstraße (ehemaliges IWKA-Gelände) soll für eine Mischnutzung wie Büro / Praxen / Boarding House /Wohnen usw. genutzt werden.
    Durch die sehr attraktive Lage in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft des Zentrums für Kunst- und Medientechnologie (ZKM), Arbeitsagentur und Bundesanwaltschaft sind gute Voraussetzungen für hochwertiges Arbeiten und Wohnen gegeben.
    Die EWG wird das Grundstück einer Bebauung zuführen. Die vorhandene Altbausubstanz wurde bereits abgerissen.
    Gemeinsam mit der Stadt Karlsruhe erwartet der Auslober als Ergebnis dieses Planungsgutachtens unter Teilnahme namhafter Büros alternative Lösungsansätze für innerstädtisches attraktives Arbeiten/Wohnen in Karlsruhe.
