    Die TLG IMMOBILIEN GmbH plant den Neubau eines siebengeschossigen Hotel- und Geschäftshauses auf der Nordseite der Grimmaischen Straße/Ecke Ritterstraße. Um bei der Gestaltung der äußeren städtebaulich prägnanten Fassaden zu Lösungen zu gelangen, die dem städtebaulichen Umfeld gerecht zu werden, hat sie in Absprache mit der Stadt Leizpigi einen Realisierungswettbewerb mit 10 gesetzten Teilnehmern ausgelobt.
