    Assignment
    Zur Verbesserung ihres Betreuungsangebots plant die Stadt Rodgau im Stadtteil Jügesheim den Neubau eines Familienzentrums mit ca. 700m2 Nutzfläche zu errichten. Es sind ein Kleinkinderbetreuungsbereich mit ca. drei Gruppen, ein Allgemeinbereich mit Mehrzweckraum und Elterncafé sowie ein Familienbereich mit Kursräumen, Beratungsstellen, Tagespflegebüro und weitere Nutzungen vorgesehen.
    Gegenstand des Wettbewerbs ist die Vorentwurfsplanung für den Neubau eines Familienzentrums, dessen Freianlagen sowie Stellplätze.
