    Auf dem Grundstück Markus-Sittikus-Straße 7 / Ernest-Thun-Straße 8 in Salzburg existiert neben einer renovierungsbedürftigen Villa eine der letzten Baulücken auf der rechten Altstadtseite. Vis-à-vis der Baulücke steht eine unter Erhaltungsschutz gestellte Villa. Es sollte das freie Grundstück durch ein Wohn- und Geschäftshaus beplant werden, die unter Erhaltungsschutz gestellte Villa sollte behutsam von Umbauten aus der Vergangenheit befreit und für Nutzung des Bankhauses Spängler adaptiert werden. Das zwischenliegende Grundstück war landschaftsplanerisch zu bearbeiten.
