Project description:
Nach dem Entwurf von Gewers&Pudewill entsteht derzeit ein 13-­‐geschossiges Hochhaus mit Umgebungsbebauung im Quartier der O2 City. Es handelt sich im Wesentlichen um ein Bürogebäude für etwa 1200 Arbeitsplätze mit Sondernutzungen wie Showroom, Mitarbeiterrestaurant, Konferenzzentrum und einer öffentlichen Restaurantbar.
Die Visualisierungen sowohl für die Wettbewerbs-­ als auch die Bauphase entstanden bei eve images.
