All entries are shortlisted by an international panel of architects and leading industry figures after the entry deadline. Up to 16 projects can be shortlisted in each category.
If your project is shortlisted two individuals from your practice will be required to purchase tickets to attend the Festival from the 2nd - 4th November in Barcelona and present live in front of a jury and festival visitors.
If you win your individual category you have the opportunity to compete for World Building of the Year or Future Project of the Year. All category winners will be asked to present again on Friday 4th November in order to compete for these overall awards.
|Scope of services||
Shortlisting in London, up to 16 in each category; shortlisted architects present in crit rooms Wednesday/Thursday at WAF; 15 category winners re-present on Friday to the superjury in the big room; category winners and overall winner receive awards on Friday evening. All category winners compete for the ‘World Building of the Year’ award.
