Scope of Work: Primary discipline: Architectural Structural Engineering Civil Engineering Secondary disciplines: Electrical Engineering Structural Engineering Mechanical Engineering Statement of Qualifications shall include the following sections: 1. Licensed architects and design professionals 2. Licensure in all disciplines listed herein 3. Experience in public projects of similar nature in all disciplines listed herein 4. Experience in the preparation of public bid documents and bid process 5. Experience in project administration including review of prevailing wage documents and processing project financial documents. 6. LEED AP in mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines Project Schedule: Interested applicants must be able to begin the project within 14 days of contract initiation. Responding firms shall be evaluated and ranked in accordance with ORC Section 153.65-71 by personnel of Trumbull County as designated by the Trumbull County Commissioners. Description of Project: Construction of new pre- engineered building systems for use as County office /storage and emergency operations centers to be located at the Trumbull County Engineer’s facility 650 North River Road, Warren, OH. Interested applicants will provide professional engineering services for the preparation of plans, cost estimate, bid/specification documents, bidding process, construction inspection and administration.
