Ethiopian Public. Health Association (EPHA) is a legally registered national, autonomous, non-profit and a voluntary professional association working for an optimal standard of health care for the people of Ethiopia.
It promores better health care services to' the public and high professional standards through advocacy, active involvement and networking. EPHA is committed to' improve the health and living status of the people of Ethiopia through the dedicated and active involvement of its members in collaboration with all concerned.
Ethiopian Public Health Association is planning to contract a B+G+7 mixed use building on a 885 m2 plot of land acquired on lease in Kebena Urban redevelopment area. EPHA intends to select an Architectural and Engineering Design firm having appropriate technical capacity and reasonable financial quotation for the project from among selected bidders.
The winning bidder will be commissioned to offer Architectural. and Engineering Design services and subsequently, Construction supervision and Contract Administration services based on its Performances.
Thus, EPHA would like to invite:-
All Consultants of category III and above with current valid license for consulting Architects and Engineers and the Consulting Architects will be eligible for the work.
All bid documents shall be sealed and inserted in the bid box prepared fo.r this purpose at or before July 25, 2012, 05:00pm at EPHA, front desk, during office hours (08:00am-05:00pm). Bid opening shall be held at the meeting hall of EPHA ground floor in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives on July 26, 2012 at 10:00am.
Bidders are required to submit VAT registration certificate and renewed business license.
Bid documents shall be submitted in one original and o.ne copy in a separate envelopes marked original and copy except the model (one model shall be presented).
The Consulting services agreement of this project will be per the standard RFP for the procurement of consulting service issued by the PPA (Version January 2006).
In case of successful bidder the detail tender document preparation work shall be completed within 120 calendar days.
A complete set of Bidding Document (fOR) may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below at and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (one hundred birr). The method of payment will be in cash.
