    In connection with the project “The Government District - necessary safety measures”, Statsbygg, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders for: H001 Framework agreement, engineering design with engineering design group (PG) which shall cover the following fields: — Engineering design group coordinator (PGK), — Architect (ARK), — Consulting engineer, construction technique (RIB), — Consulting engineer Fire-proofing (RIBR), — Consulting engineer HVAC (RIV), — Consulting engineer Electrical installations (RIE).
    Some of the call-offs against the framework agreement may include other fields such as: Landscape architect (LARK), Interior decorator (IARK), Consulting engineer Acoustics (RIAKU) and Consulting engineer Geotechnics (RIG). These subjects shall be attended to by the engineering design group. Sub-consultants may be engaged.

    Volumen de servicios prestados
    At present it is difficult to estimate the extent of the contract. The main works are to be carried out from contract signing and necessary security clearance in compliance with the Security Act (see point. 2.10 in the tender documents) and 1 year ahead. During this period the engaged consultants must expect to spend the majority of the working hours on work related to this project. After this, the job is expected to be gradually reduced. Unforeseen assignments on short notice must be expected.
