    Statsbygg shall prepare a maintenance plan with a budget for Trondheim Prison. The maintenance plan shall show the necessary steps required to catch up with the maintenance backlog, and necessary upgrades with respect to the current technical regulations (TEK 10), and other applicable laws and regulations.
    The condition analysis and report, in Word format, will form an important basis for the preparation of the maintenance plan.
    Trondheim Prison has a joint gross area of approx. 15 000 m² divided into a number of buildings.
