It is anticipated that the works cost will be in the region of GBP 2.3m - 3m excluding value added tax. The services required and detailed in this notice are anticipated to cost between 8 % and 13 % of the total works costs.

Provision of Structural engineering services to assist Maryhill Housing Association to design the development of site for new build/ refurbished housing.

The successful firm will also be required to lead the design team through the design process and construction phase through to completion.
LOT NO 2 TITLE: Consultant Quantity Surveying Services
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Provision of cost consultancy services to assist Maryhill Housing Association to cost design proposals, submit cost plan and tender submissions to Glasgow City Council (provider of Housing Association Grant), prepare and issue tender documents, analyse and check returned tenders, on-site cost control and measurement, agreement of final account with contractor.

The successful firm will be required from the initital design stage, through the construction phase through to completion.
LOT NO 4 TITLE: CDM Coordinator Services
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Provision of CDM Coordinator Services to assist Maryhill Housing Association to fulfil their role as client under the current Construction Design and Management legislation. This will also include assisting Maryhill HA in assessing the compentency of other potential team members.

Provision of on-site quality control of construction works at new build/ refurbished housing site.
