    The University of Bedfordshire is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations that can manage the design and construction of major building and engineering capital projects at its campuses over the next 5 years. Services such, as but not limited to, the following: — architecture, — interior design, — quantity surveying, — land surveying, — building surveying, — structural engineering, — mechanical engineering, — electrical engineering, — acoustic engineering, — environmental engineering, — waste management, — space planning, — cost consultancy, — lighting design, — BREEAM assessor, — building control services, — fire engineering.
    The University requires a single provider: self delivery or consortium/joint venture solution.
    The University has a forward plan for a number of projects predominantly at our Luton Town Centre campus, but possibly also at out Bedford Campus, phased until 2016 and within a budget of approximately 60 000 000 GBP and is seeking a partnership relationship for continuity subject to ongoing satisfactory performance.
    The various projects will be phased over this period and comprise various stages of planning, design and contract management work with a mix of demolition, rebuilding and refurbishment work.
