Description
The City Government of Cabadbaran wishes to invite all suppliers/bidders/consultants, to apply for Eligibility and to bid for the supply of :
Consultancy Services for the Preparation of Preliminary & Detailed Architectural Designs and Cost Estimates for the Construction of Legislative Building
The Approved Budget Cost (ABC) is P 1,200,000.00
Funding Source: General Fund
Contract Duration
The City Government intends to apply the above cited approved ABC to payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of the above cited items. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with implementing rules and regulations of RA 9184.
a. Bidders shall be screened using the -œpass/fail- criteria;
b. Short listing of eligible bidders shall be based on applicable experience, qualification of principal and key staff and workload relative to capacity of the consultant;
c. Short listed consultants shall be evaluated using the quality-cost based;
d. Maximum of consultants shall be included in the shortlist;
e. Technical and financial proposals shall be weighted using 80% and 20% rates, respectively.
Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Office, thru the BAC Secretariat , Ms. MArivic S. Tautoan or Ms. Apryl Vessie P. Madrona, thru tel. nos. (085) 818-118, (085) 818-1120, People-s Government Center, City of Cabadbaran.
A non refundable bidding fee of Five Thousand Pesos (P 5,000.00) shall be collected from all qualified interested bidders.
