تدعى المكاتب الهندسية والشركات الاستشارية المؤهلة لدى دائرة العطاءات الحكومية في مجـال الابنية بالفئة الاولى والمصنفة لدى نقابة المهندسين الأردنيين بموجب شهادة حديثة صادرة عن هذه النقابة اعتباراً من 8 / 7 /2012 لسحب نسخ المناقصة وفق الآتي :-

1- وصف العمل

يشمل العمل على ما يلي :

إعداد الدراسات والتصاميم ووثائق عطاء التنفيذ لإنشاء مقر نادي رياضي وملعب كرة قدم خماسي ومراكز شباب وشابات في محافظة المفرق وحسب المتطلبات المعمارية الأساسية المرفقة حيث تقدر المساحة الإجمالية التقريبية للنادي (300)م2 وللمراكز(800) م2 غير شاملة لمساحات عناصر الحركة الرأسية والأفقية والجدران الداخلية والخارجية وأي خدمات ضرورية أخرى, وتقدر المساحة الإجمالية التقريبية لملعب كرة القدم الخماسي (1200) م2 بالاضافة لاعمال الموقع العام من ساحات خارجية واسوار وبوابات المداخل والمخارج وارصفة ومواقف للسيارات بالاعداد اللازمة حيثما يلزم وحسب ما هو وارد في وثائق العطاء.

2- يتم سحب وثائق العطاء من قبل الاستشاريين المسموح لهم بالمشاركة بهذا العطاء مجاناً من موقع الدائرة على شبكة الإنترنت 0000عنوان الدائـرة :

وعلى الاستشاريـين متابعة موقع الدائرة على شبكة الإنترنت للحصول على الملاحق التي قد تصدر على العطاء .

3- يطلب من الاستشاري أن يرسل للدائرة عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني المبين تالياً انه استلم وثائق العطاء مبينا أسمه وعنوانه ورقم الهاتف ورقم الفاكس والبريد الإلكتروني.

4- تم تحديد موعد زيارة ميدانية لكافة الشركات المشاركة بالعطاء وذلـك يـوم الأحد الموافق 15/7/2012

الساعة العاشرة صباحا التجمع في مكتب مدير مديرية ابنية المفرق.

5- يتم إرسال الاستفسارات حول وثائق العطاء في موعد أقصاه نهاية الدوام الرسمي ليوم الاثنين المــوافق 16/ 7/2012عن طريق الفاكس أو البريد الإلكتروني .
6- يحق لصاحب العمل إلغاء العطاء دون إبداء الأسباب وبدون أن يترتب عن هذا الإلغاء أية مطالبة مالية أو قانونية .
7- يتم إرفاق شهادة التصنيف الصادرة عن نقابة المهندسين ضمن وثائق العرض المالي وسيتم استبعاد أي عرض لا يتضمن مثل هذه الشهادة أو كانت الشهادة المرفقة غير مطابقة لمتطلبات تأهيل المكتب .
8- تقدم العروض في مغلف واحد يتضمن العرض المالي فقط وتعتبر المكاتب الاستشارية المشاركة بالعطاء مؤهلة بموجب التأهيل العام . ولا يسمح للاستشاريين الذين احيل عليهم عطاءات (خدمات هندسية) خاصة بمشاريع المبادرات الملكية السامية في العام 2012 بالمشاركة بهذا العطاء.

9- يمكن للاستشاريين المتقدمين مراجعة دائرة العطاءات الحكومية / مديرية المناقصات لاستلام مخططات

تنظيميه لمواقع المراكز.

10- تودع العروض في صندوق العطاءات لدى دائرة العطاءات الحكومية في موعد أقصاه الساعة الثانية عشر ظهر يوم الاربعاء الموافق 25/7/2012 وسيتم فتح العروض المالية الساعة الواحده من بعد ظهر نفس اليوم وسيتم بث فتح العروض على موقع الدائرة على شبكة الإنترنت مباشرة .
