Enclose with this offer the initial bond of BD 100 or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100. The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank guarantee or Insurance Policy valid for the duration specified in the tender documents.
Offer should be deposited in the tender box provided at the tendering submission office, Tender Board’s Office at Al Moayeed Tower, 7th Floor, Seef Area.
This tender should comply the provisions of the Tendering & Purchasing Regulations, number (36) for the year 2002, and its Executive Regulations number (37) for the year 2002.
In addition these conditions have to be considered;
(a) Enclose copy of the Commercial Registration Bill for the current year, and has to be included with the tender subjects.
(b) Form number. TB 02 is to be filled completely, mentioning the Total Tender Value and Unit Price (accordingly).
(c) Enclose a certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower issued by Ministry of Labour.
(d) All submitted documents (original/copy) should be stamped with company stamp.
