Short description:
The land capital Dresden intends to repair the existing cultural palace in the context of its concise surrounding area to modernise and in accordance with preservation as a community building future-oriented and in accordance with a high quality renovates. As a structural-cultural crystallisation point in the heart of the Dresdner city centre will set this above ground construction project important accents for the workability for an attractive, an alive and an identity pin ends city centre. The applicants must be sufficient for the formal criteria without exception, if they want to be permitted to the selective procedure. As proofs in accordance with VOF §§ 7,11,12,13 are demanded:
- Request for participation in the competition procedure application sheets signed binding by the office owner, a managing director or the authorised representative (the application sheet is to be filled with the exception of the references by all terrible partners completely; references apply in sum to the terrible one), occupation proofs/occupation licensing and/or building presentation right,
- Explanations to the economic linkage along third, to the type of the applicant and to intended subcontracts,

These data as well as the figurative descriptions may not exceed 3 DIN-A 4 pages, unilaterally per reference. The given form as an additional first page can be used. References with incomplete data cannot be rated. Applications with less than three references are excluded for formal reasons from the further evaluation. Additional references are not taken into account with the application. In the case of public building projects urgently the proof building owners of the contributed performances, the construction costs and the realisation time is demanded. Became if the building project praemiert, the appropriate proofs are to be settled. At the most 40 applicants are permitted. All received applications are formally examined. Incomplete candidate files must be excluded. All formally correct applications participate in the selective procedure by a selection advisory body. The selection advisory body consists of two representatives of the Ausloberin and at least one representative of the architectural association Saxony. The evaluation is made in accordance with following matrix. The Ausloberin reserves to specify five up to eight participants from the group of the applications after taken place formal examination.
If the number applicants suitable of the in principle exceeds the desired number of participants (40), the further selection is made via lot procedures. evaluation matrix to the selective procedure:

The jury will evaluate the work of the first treatment stage with regard to the following criteria: - Total concept and allocation of the functions - architecture quality and image education - orientation bar - handling with that existing building substance/consideration monument nursing of framework goals - city-spatial overall view and relationship between interior and outside space - functional character and use quality - space acoustic efficiency of the concert hall including optical quality - fulfilment of the provisional room program - observance of valid build-legal and other regulations (in particular fire protection, assembly place etc..) Listing the criteria does not represent an order of rank. For the second treatment stage the following, resuming criteria are used: - Solution of the task (advancement according to references of the jury and general readiness for the entwurflichen advancement on the basis of changed planning specifications) - economy and Realisierungsfaehigkeit (the cost upper limit is to be kept thereby urgently) - plausibility of the submitted cost estimation, subsequent and of operating cost the jury becomes following the 2. The submitted revised work evaluate stage after conclusion of the draft presentation and specify an order of rank.

Details of payments to all participants:
From the total become in the 1. treatment stage each participant a cost subsidy (for building of model etc..) paid to the value of 3 000.00 EURO (gross) after conclusion of the procedure and accounting. In the second treatment stage each participant of the group of the Finalisten receives a treatment fee to the value of 7 000.00 (gross). The remainder of max. 104?000,00 EURO is distributed to the abovementioned price sums.
