2、本工程建设地点在葫芦岛市龙湾中央商务区，投标截止时间为2017年7月11日9:30。开标地点：葫芦岛市公共资源交易中心。

3、开、竣工时间：2017年7月15日-2017年9月15日。

4、投标保证金：2万元。（由企业基本账户转出）。

5、投标人资格要求：建筑行业（建筑工程）设计甲级资质。
