Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Architectural Practices and a standard selection questionnaire (SSQ) is available for completion on line. Architectural services under this framework may include retainers as small as 50 000 GBP capital value and up to 35 000 000 GBP (excluding VAT and fees) for new build, 30 000 000 GBP for refurbishments. During the term of the framework the maximum capital value will increase in line with construction inflation. Based on previous figures, capital construction works to the order of 50 000 000 GBP (total average) per annum were undertaken at the University as a whole, over the last 5 years.
