Sandwell MBC (the Council),on behalf of the West Midlands Metropolitan and City Councils (excluding Birmingham City Council) (the Participating Authorities), has a requirement to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out visual condition surveys of roads as prescribed by the United Kingdom Pavement Management Systems (UKPMS) national standard for the assessment of local road network condition. Estimated annual value of the Framework Agreement (Contract) is 125 000 GBP over its 4 years 500 000 GBP. Estimated annual value of the contract is broken down as follows — Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council 16 000 GBP pa, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council 22 000 GBP pa, Coventry City Council 34 000 GBP pa, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council 14 000 GBP pa, Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council 25 000 GBP pa and Wolverhampton City Council 14 000 GBP.
