To increase the sustainability of inland shipping, the emission reduction of NOX, Particle Matter and CO2 emission will be monitored continuously on 31 ships, the CLINSH fleet (Lot 1). In addition to the continuous monitoring there will be discontinuous measurements on all ships on separate moments in time during the CLINSH project (lot 2). With this European Public Tender Procedure (EPTP) the Contracting Authority wants to select Contractors for lot 1 (continuous monitoring) and lot 2 (discontinuous measurements).
