II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The scope of the intended contract includes design, engineering, production, delivery and installation of DTS/RTTR cable monitoring systems for 220 kV sea cable. The scope can also include DTS/RTTR systems for 220 kV and/or 380 kV AC land cable, in order to connect the offshore AC platforms with the respective land stations and existing 380 kV grid. The scope will be further specified in the specific tender.
The call for tender shall result in a framework agreement with one contractor for design, engineering, production, delivery and installation of DTS/RTTR cable monitoring systems for 220 kV sea cable / 380 kV land cable.
The TenneT tendering process consists of 2 phases:
Phase 1: selection phase (period May-June 2017);
Phase 2: call for tender (ITT, RFQ, Initial bid, negotiation, Best and Final Offer, awarding) (period June-July 2017).
