    Request for Proposals: Urban forest master plan The City of Tallahassee (CITY) wishes to establish an Agreement with a firm for the development of an Urban Forest Master Plan. The ultimate work product must include a long term vision and set of strategic recommendations to enhance and improve Tallahassee’s urban forest now and in the future. The plan should provide current information about Tallahassee’s urban forest and recommendations for improvements, and should encompass input from city staff and other stakeholders, including general citizens. The professional consulting services described below indicate the tasks which will be required. Services to include Urban Tree Canopy Analysis, Stakeholder Input, and an Urban Forest Master Plan. The applicant should be familiar with the process of developing an Urban Forest Master Plan and may recommend other relevant studies, practices, and processes in order to tailor a program that considers Tallahassee’s unique needs.

      FORMAL SOLICITATIONS (IFB, RFP, or RFQ): The City of Tallahassee will receive sealed bids/proposals/quotes to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the solicitation/specifications documents. 
      INFORMAL SOLICITATIONS (QUOTES): If this is an Invitation to Quote, the IFQ may allow quote submittals be mailed, emailed, faxed, hand delivered OR ALL methods. Follow the quote submittal instructions in the IFQ document.
