AFK eiendom FKF needs a turnkey contractor for alterations to 2 930 m² net area in Sørumsand sixth form college.
The college shall have 250 new pupil places from the start of the academic year 2018. There shall be major alterations to change rooms to appropriate sizes, there will be a more practical distribution of subjects and some functions must be expanded or made more efficient so as to be satisfactory. The adaptation to the increased number of pupils will be made in the existing college building. The alterations will be carried out whilst the college is in operation.
o The canteen kitchen will be altered to a more user-friendly serving system.
o The previous process hall shall be altered to an auditorium with fixtures and audio-visual equipment.
o Areas as to be altered to teaching rooms, rooms for administrative personnel, cloakrooms and toilets.
o Pupil cupboards are to be integrated in walls/fixtures during the alteration of areas for the different subjects.
o Minor alterations internally in the library and in other rooms.
