Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking to establish a number of Framework Agreements to provide minor design services utilising the following lotting strategy:
— Lot 1 — Civil, Structural and Architectural (CS&A) Design Services,
— Lot 2 — Electrical, Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) Design Services,
— Lot 3 — Mechanical Design Services.
It is proposed that a maximum of 3 suitably qualified and experienced Consultants shall be awarded Framework Agreements for each of the above Lots. The duration of the Framework Agreements shall be 2 years from October 2017 to September 2019 and the estimated cumulative value of contracts that may be award through these Frameworks is 1 000 000 GBP to 2 000 000 GBP.

Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to provide minor Civils, Structural and Architectural (CS&A) Design Services (Lot 1).
It is proposed that a maximum of 3 suitably qualified and experienced Consultants shall be awarded Framework Agreements and the duration shall be 2 years, commencing October 2017 through to September 2019. The estimated value of contracts that may be award through these Frameworks is 350 000 GBP — 750 000 GBP.
The scope of services, includes but is not limited to, the following:
— Preparation of design and engineering work packs; provision of design and draughting services using Computer Aided Design (CAD) packages; preparation of engineering specifications, including Bills of Materials (BoM's);
— Provision of designer's risk assessment in accordance with relevant legislation;
— Retrieval of design, engineering and technical information; including surveys of plant, facilities and services; provision of data acquisition and measuring devices;
— Provision of quality printing and duplication facilities (Including A0 size drawings); provision of electronic data submission and transfer systems (Including compatibility of software systems);
— Provision of suitably qualified and experienced drafting personnel;
— Availability, at short notice (in some instances, less than 24 hours' notice), to provide suitably qualified and experienced personnel to:
o Undertake site measures;
o Update DSRL drawings in AUTOCAD;
o Attend Project Meetings.
The Employer is seeking a cost effective and efficient delivery of the services that will be tendered in small Package Orders on an ad hoc basis.
