This RFT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers to provide advisory services directly to public bodies through SEAI's Public Sector Programme and to support SEAI in the development and implementation of this programme, with the objective of concluding a total of 5 Frameworks to establish frameworks of experts comprising categories or ‘Lots’, as follows:
Lot 1: Energy management specialists.
Lot 2: Project evaluation specialists.
Lot 3: Project delivery experts.
Lot 4: Financial and energy contracting advisors.
Lot 5: Communications and event coordinators.
