UOC intends to undertake restricted procedure procurements which are compliant with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to award a number of framework agreements for the following disciplines:
— Quantity Surveyors,
— Mechanical and Electrical Engineers,
— Architects,
— CDM Advisors
for the provision of capital services works to UOC's property portfolio.
The consultancy services frameworks will cover the following University of Cumbria sites:
— Carlisle,
— Lancaster,
— Ambleside,
— Barrow,
— Workington.
The annual value of construction works to which this framework applies is estimated at 1 500 000 GBP.
