Scope: Rovide professional services to finalize design plans; prepare stamped construction plans, specifications and details; and manage phased construction of two separate mountain bike skills parks. Both the syringa park master plan and bellevue park master plan identify a range of bike park terrain features, including progressive jumps, starting ramp, flow course, banks, and/or launch ramps. Each park will include graduated terrain to encourage skill development and offer off-road biking opportunities from beginners to experts.
Notes: The first phases of the bike parks project budget is currently $250,000 for Syringa Park and$30,000 for Bellevue Park and will provide for feature construction at both parks. All project costs should include design, engineering, consultants, testing, materials, construction management and contingencies within this budget amount.
