SUBJECT :- LETTER OF INVITATIONBID No. DDHDPO/D01/2010

The Dire Dawa administration Housing development project office (DDHDPO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders of Consulting Architects and Engineers of Category I II with renewed license and tax registration for the year 2010. Besides, they should be registered to pay value Added Tax (VAT), Registration certificate from PPA for procurement.
The project consists of review design of G+4 for different typologies Building contract administration works for Condominium Building.
Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a non refundable fee of Birr 150 from the Finance Department room no 05.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the DDHDPO room no 3 13
The bid shall be accompanied by a security of 1% (but shall not exceed a maximum amount of ETB 500,000 of the total bid amount, including VAT ,in CPO
The bid security shall be valid for twenty- eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid
The bid shall be delivered to the DDHDPO Room No. 16 on or before 30th days from the date of announcement on the Addis Zemen news press and closed at 3:00AM local time.
The bid will opened on the same day 3:15A M local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives at DDHDPO
Bidder can bid all types but the client reserves the right to assign each typology for one consultant ( based on the bid evaluation rank) if the consultants accept assignment with the winners price and any consulting firm could not claim to take more than one typology.
The Dire Dawa Housing Development Project office reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid
