The City of Gresham will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document.


Scope of Work: The City of Gresham invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide a master plan for the City’s wastewater collections system. The services provided will be based upon the scope of work contained in the Request for Proposal. The intent is to select one firm to provide services.
Ordering Instructions: None
Document Cost: fee, plus shipping and handling, for delivered hard copies of documents posted, only, to the Onvia DemandStar Web site; $5.00 for any document package electronically downloaded from the Onvia DemandStar Web site by members without subscriptions that include the City of Gresham in their subscription service territory.

City of Gresham - Purchasing Office  must receive sealed proposals/bids, in writing, at the City of Gresham, 1333 N.W. Eastman Parkway, Gresham, Oregon 97030, no later than said date and time. Facsimile proposals/bids will not be accepted. Late proposals/bids will be returned to the vendor unopened. 
ORS 279.021 provides that the public contracting agency shall prefer goods or services that have been manufactured or produced in this state if price, fitness, availability, and quality are otherwise equal. ORS 279.025 provides that the public contracting agency may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency that it is in the public interest to do so.
