    Aufgabe
    Following Regulation (EU) 2017/920 of the European Parliament and of the Council which amends Regulation (EU) No 531/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and Council by 15.12.2019 a report providing, inter alia, an assessment of the ability of visited network operators to recover the efficiently incurred costs of providing wholesale roaming services. The objective of the study is to estimate the efficiently incurred costs of providing wholesale roaming services by mobile network operators in the EEA and in case the Commission decides to propose to amend the wholesale roaming regulation, provide technical assistance on the cost model during the legislative process.
