Oksenøya centre, area 9.7 at Fornebu, is the first of the 3 last centres for social infrastructure subject to development at Fornebu. The area is situated inside the Fornebu ring/close to the Nansen Park.
The following projects shall be constructed at area 9.7 Oksenøya:
— A primary school, a 5 parallel school,
— A nursery school with capacity for 300 children,
— A Multi-purpose hall,
— A 9 A-Side Football Pitch,
— The neigbouring facilities/the school's outdoor areas,
— A Residential and treatment centre/nursing home, 150 residents.
The estimated total gross area for the project is 30 000 m2.

Oksenøya centre, area 9.7 at Fornebu, is the first of the 3 last centres for social infrastructure subject to development at Fornebu. The area is situated inside the Fornebu ring/close to the Nansen Park.
The following projects shall be constructed at area 9.7 Oksenøya:

The estimated total gross area for the project is 30 000 m2.
The primary school with a multi-purpose hall, an artificial football pitch, neighbouring environment's plants and the nursery school with outdoor areas shall be completed by the start of the school/nursery school in August 2022.
The residential and treatment centre/nursing home shall be completed by 2022.
The project has focus on the large-scale operations advantages, inreaced area efficiency, join location possibilities (across the purpose-built buildings and the local inhabitants) and high ambitions in relation to the environment/energy. The project is a FutureBuilt project that shall be certified as BREEAM for classification Excellent with a certification in accordance with the ‘Design and engineering design phase’ and ‘after construction’. Cf. BREEAM-NOR handbook 2016.
The project is a prototype project in the FutureBuilt programme.
