Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council has identified a requirement to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the design, supply, installation, supervised switch — on, removal, storage, maintenance, refurbishment and repair of festive lighting within the Borough of Sandwell. The Contract will be on a hire basis and will include for all transport and delivery, routine repairs and refurbishment during the contract term, with the cost spread equally over the 4 year period. The festive lighting will include as a MINIMUM-Street Lighting Column Motifs Hire Basis-Permanent Tree LED Lights Hire Basis-SANDWELL sculpture LED Lights–Hire Basis-Christmas Tree Festoon Lighting Hire Basis-Sandwell Country Park and Farm Festive Lights Council Owned. Period of Contract — The Contract will be for a period of 4 years effective from 1.4.2018 to 31.3.2022.
