A tender contest for a framework agreement on architectural services, consultancy services in relation to building and construction engineering, and construction management for the participating municipalities Flå and Nes. The framework agreement includes services in connection with engineering design and preliminary design, independent inspections as well as support in the implementation phase. The framework agreement also includes assistance in connection with area planning services for the participating municipalities.
The estimated contract value for a 4 year period is above the EEA threshold value. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding.

The framework agreement includes services in connection with engineering design and preliminary design, independent inspections as well as support in the implementation phase. The framework agreement also includes assistance in connection with area planning services for the participating municipalities. The estimated contract value for a 4 year period is above the EEA threshold value. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding.
The scope is dependent on the always agreed financial plan for the municipality. Other factors such as chosen contract type for each project, political approval of cost estimates/ elucidation, the municipality's priority areas and that all required approvals are given, will also apply.
The contract does not cover assignments that have already started, unless decided otherwise by the contracting authority. For assignments with an estimated value of more than 300 000 NOK excluding VAT, the contracting authority reserves the right to publish a separate tender contest. See part 2 in the Requirement specification for further information.
