AFK eiendom FKF would like, on behalf of AFK eiendom FKF (contracting authority 1) and Akershus Kollektiv Terminaler FKF (contracting authority 2) (these two are called AFK) tenders for:
Parallel framework agreements for the following professional groups:
— Engineering design management (PGL),
— Architect (ARK),
— Landscape architect (LARK),
— Interior architect (IARK),
— Technical drawer.
Sub-tenders cannot be submitted, but the contracting authority encourages multi-disciplinary collaboration through the use of the affiliation declaration attached to the tender documentation.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
AFK eiendom FKF is a county company fully owned by Akershus County. The company has the practising owner role for the county's school properties and other public buildings and manages 34 sixth form colleges, 2 non-degree granting colleges and county dental clinics. This give a total building area of approx. 475 000 m2, divided between approx. 270 buildings.
Akershus Kollektiv Terminaler FKF is a county company fully owned by Akershus County. The aim is to manage, operate and maintain county bus terminals, approach car park places and wharfs/quays with technical equipment. The company is the county's competence organ for questions about planning, construction and operation of public transport terminals and shall contribute to taking care of the county's obligations in accordance with the transport legislation, with a view of taking care of the infrastructure for public bus transport.
Akershus County has approved the project ‘The Future School Structure towards 2030’ in the county council. This means that AFK eiendom FKF shall establish approx. 4500 new pupil places in the coming years, by constructing new, expanding and renovating several existing schools and dental clinics. The intention of the framework agreements is to cover AFK's need for the services for projects with new buildings, extensions and additions, as well as for renovation, alteration and major maintenance.
