Aufgabe	NHS North of England CPC is seeking to award a framework agreement for the provision of Estates Consultancy Services. In summary, this tendering exercise is to establish a Framework Agreement with a number of providers of Estates Consultancy Services relevant to the needs of NHS and other health sector and public sector bodies. The requirement is for an efficient, effective and value for money service which will assist all those participating in the Framework Agreement to fulfill their requirements for Consultancy Services across the health and wider public sector. The requirement is to be broken down into Lots (please see Master ITT document for further detail) with a maximum of 8 (eight) providers per Lot.
Leistungsumfang	To include but not limited to multi-disciplinary services, where the scope of the requirement covers at least 2 or more of the specialist areas covered within Lots 1-12 and/or other consultancy/advisory services. This Lot would be used where the scope of work was particularly wide ranging and broad in its nature such that the scope of the service required was not able to be procured under any one of the specialist Lots 1-12.
